As Assistant Director of Departmental Marketing, I led the marketing and website strategy for the regional campus and academic college. I allocated and managed a $200,000 annual budget for efficient ROI and developed and implemented B2B marketing campaigns.

In my role as a Marketing Analyst, I persuaded executive management to expand marketing initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, emphasizing strategic growth opportunities. I expanded my team to six members, mentored new hires, and increased enrollment by 10% through strategic marketing initiatives.
